These are Cornex Grade A lithium iron phosphate cells (‘LiFePO4’)
NB – COLLECTION ONLY! Due to shipping restrictions on Lithium batteries we don’t currently have a shipping company that can provide shipping at a realistic price. For 8 or more cells, we can deliver within ~40miles radius of HR9 postcode @ 25p/mile mileage charge.
Use to create your own low-cost high quality home battery! EG Use 16 of these cells provide 16kWh of storage. You will also need a BMS (Battery Management System) and a box (either DIY or commercially-produced).
Cornex cells are perfect for creating high-capacity 12V, 24V and 48V battery packs (with appropriate BMS etc) – and are often used for ‘Leisure’ purposes such as campers and marine/boats as well as for solar storage, for charging up on cheap rate (eg 7p/unit) electricity for use during the day or for resale at peak times to make a profit and are also commonly used for off-grid systems.
Great Lifespan
- Up to 8,000 cycles at 70% SOH (6,000 at 80%). To put this in perspective, if the battery was charged/discharged daily, that is equivalent to well over 20 years of dependable energy storage.
- Advanced LiFePO₄ chemistry and rugged construction ensure stable performance under demanding conditions.
High Capacity
- Nominal 314Ah capacity (actually the cells are often considerably higher -nearer 330Ah)
